Coquilles St. Jacques

We used to frequent a lovely french bistro for special occasions and things on the menu like “Coquilles St. Jacques” always reminded me of another time and place where meals were elegant with white tablecloths, fresh flowers as centerpieces and always a lovely candle lit for ambiance.

This Summer has been a busy one for me and during this month of August, I am in hopes to really take some time away from deadlines and projects to read and fill up my bucket! We all need a little inspiration from time to time. What is inspiring you this Summer?
