Yesterday, I had the pleasure of serving home made waffles to a dear friend who is a very inspiring watercolor landscape artist.  She painted this and asked if I would scan it for her and have note cards printed.  Ellen Hopkins Fountain has inspired me in so many ways to do what I do.
