happy kisses

For years, we took this photo at “The Settler’s Rock” on Block Island. It was the first thing we would do when we arrived on the island. I look back at those images and remember our twins giving happy kisses to their little sister. The kisses were tempered with one part torment.

Smiling one minute and screaming the next. Siblings are allowed to do that.

Now they are in college and my hope is they find happiness, challenge and passion.
I am working on a collage for their dorm room and a care package of happy kisses from home.
