Long before I had a home, I kept a book, inside full of photos, tear sheets, carefully collected and preserved, which served as a sort of dream home of ideas and things I loved.   Although my tastes have become less formal over the years, I still love to open up this book and remember that it was the place that I began my love affair with creating a life and a home with heart.
