budding artist

Just look at my budding artist, working on her science fair project for school.  A glow in the dark dog collar – “doggy glow.”  Have you lost your dog in the dark, well have no fear “doggy glow” is here.  My girl painted polka dots with glow in the dark paint onto a lightweight ribbon, secured velcro and you slip it around your pet collar.  It is a fun accessory for after dark.
