Snowed in

On Sunday, after Saturday’s first storm of this new year, I spotted a lovely image on the Instagram account of Mary Irene who’s ig and blog, “My Digital Life” -I have been following for some time. She is a greater NYC neighbor and we have many things in common. Love of our family, our homes and creating pretty things keeps us connected, virtually if you will.

When I put something in writing about an action, I find I am much more likely to do it. So on Sunday, I stated that this would be my Monday 30 minute sketch a day, the deed was done. I shared it on Instagram and the blizzard of activity and comments made my heart warm!
